How long does shipping take for complete bicycles?
Standard shipping for complete bikes typically takes 5-10 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional safety inspection and partial disassembly for secure transit before leaving our warehouse.
Do your bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
While we provide comprehensive sizing charts online, we recommend a professional fitting for optimal performance. Customers in the local area can book an in-person fitting session at our service center.
What kind of warranty comes with a Dunbar & Corsa frame?
All Dunbar & Corsa frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against structural defects for the original owner. Components such as drivetrains and suspension are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties.
